Perfect setting for snorkeling, fishing, paddling, and enjoying the outdoors

The island and houseboat provided exactly the kind of vacation we love in the Keys — spending the days on or in the water, and evenings enjoying the sunset and the stars. The location is ideal, close enough to civilization, but far enough away to not be bothered by it. We snorkeled around the island every day, and every day we saw something we hadn't seen the day before. Toni and Conrad are outstanding hosts. They've put a lot of thought and effort into making the boat and the island comfortable and enjoyable for guests.

This island is amazing!!!

This was the most amazing experience ever!! Your very own island, I mean how cool is that? Close enough to shore so you dont feel like your on Gilligans island. Quick boat ride to a great restaurant, the Island Fish Company. Toni and Conrad were great hosts, great ppl to deal with. Friendly and knowledgeable.. this island is gorgeous, especially at night with all the ambiance lighting. We had a campfire every night! We swam, fished, snorkelled, sunbathed, kayaked and the list goes on. We ate outside every meal. Cooked every meal on their great outdoor kitchen. They have tons of different seating arrangements. Our fav were the private sunbeds! We caught barracuda, catfish and snapper. We saw a small shark and 3 sting rays plus tons of conch and small fish. I could go on and on. This is a lot like camping except your sleeping in a houseboat. We slept with bedroom window open every night for the breeze. We never used the AC once. During the day it would get warm in there but we were outside from sun up till 10pm . Do yourself a favor and unwind on this lovely, idyllic island!!
